-I will choose the winners based on the application of makeup & creativity of the collection

-The winner will be announced Dec. 1.
-You don’t have to make a tutorial. just send me the final look, the product pictures & your youtube name.

-Your collection can be inspired by anything…seasons, the 40’s, designers, books…anything.
