Según cuenta la uróloga italiana María Cerruto, de la Universidad de Verona, un
estudio afirma que el uso de tacos altos en las relaciones, mejora la performance
erótica de las mujeres. “Los músculos de la pelvis se ven favorecidos, mejorando así
el rendimiento sexual”, asegura la especialista. Y aclara que su fundamento se basa

En la investigación se descubrió que quienes mantenían su talón a quince grados del
suelo (equivalente a tacos de cinco centímetros) mejoraban su fuerza y habilidad de
contracción en los músculos de la zona pélvica, especialmente debilitados durante el
embarazo y después del parto. “Hay que aclarar que los músculos del suelo pélvico
son un componente esencial en el cuerpo femenino. Además de asistir durante el acto
sexual, brindan apoyo a órganos como vejiga, intestino grueso y útero”, explica.
El uso de tacos altos, según la especialista, impide el envejecimiento de esa zona del
cuerpo. “Las mujeres suelen tener problemas para ejercitar estos músculos y con el
uso de zapatos altos podrían hacerlo sin problemas”, comenta.
El estudio generó descreimiento en el ámbito de la salud femenina, tanto, que la
sexóloga española Yolanda Arribós replicó que “los tacos altos no son la solución
para fortalecer la zona pélvica. Para ello hay ejercicios especiales que se practican,
sobre todo, cuando la mujer está embarazada”.
Sin embargo, Cerruto explica que “usar regularmente zapatos de taco aguja reduce la
necesidad de ejercitar la zona pélvica para lograr tonicidad y elasticidad”. Con su
estudio parece haber descubierto la relación directa entre la postura y la vida sexual.
El mismo reveló que los músculos pélvicos están más relajados con el uso de tacos, lo
que incrementa su fuerza y habilidad para contraerse, llevando una consecuencia
directa: hacer más placentera la práctica sexual.
