Many years have passed and many people have tried different diets and workout programs. It is my hope to be able to finally put an end to all that searching. Let us face the fact that major body changes such as weight loss or muscle gain are impossible to achieve overnight.

I don’t really have the same problems many people are having. Most of them are dealing with too much fat I their body. It must really be hard for them to deal with their weight woes, forcing them to resist their food cravings and at the same time cope with the people who are unkind to them.
The problem I dealt with was just opposite of theirs. Back then, I was very slim and skinny. I was very athletic and my body’s metabolism was high. Many people have grown jealous of me. I could pig out and eat whatever I want and not gain weight after wards.
I’m still like that even as an adult. Even though people tell me that when I grow older I would start getting fat, it didn’t happen. A skinny person who wants to have big muscles and an obese individual who wants to lose weight share the same troubles. Both kinds of people are actually in the similar situation. They do not like the state their bodies are in and they need to work hard to be able to change it. For me it took work and a lot of work in the gym pumping iron and working out. But this I tell you, it was worth the hard work. The moment I found my dedication in the gym I rapidly saw the changes that I wished for. My motivation kept me training in the gym even on days when I didn’t feel like training. I can still recall the times when I come home after a day’s work and all I wanted was to chill out after a long day. Perhaps you get my point.
