What I’ve found to keep my nails looking really nice without manicures.

I used to bite my nails alot so they looked really bad. However, the olive/vitamin e oil combo has helped me break that habit since I really don’t want to find out what it tastes like on my nails.

easy nail conditioning

This is an easy way to make your nails grow much longer, and be healthy!!!
#1. wash hands/ remove nail polish

#2. paint on lotion

#3. wait five minutes

#4. clean off

#5. dab on chapstick, then dab off

#6. apply 1-2 clear coat

Make sure if your going to paint your nails a color, apply a clear coat first. Otherwise it will dye your nails.
